Our coordination services will add the finishing touch to your wedding plans. The coordinators at AELO will help you tie up all the loose ends and make sure everything comes together flawlessly! Following your initial consultation, we meet with you approximately one week prior to your big day, in order to become familiar with every detail of your wedding. We'll serve as your go-to vendor captains; taking over communication with them and fielding all questions and concerns, so that you can enjoy a relaxing week before your wedding. On the day of your event, we will provide up to twelve hours of service - setting up, tearing down, and everything in between. We are there to ensure your day is as perfect as you envisioned! |

This is a package that truly caters to a couple's needs. We offer vendor recommendations, design and budget consultations, assistance with DIY projects, and anything else you might need to make your planning process easier. AELO offers this for the "in-betweeners" who have most of their details tied together. The Bravo package can also be combined with our Opening Night package. |

If you are a busy couple, this is the choice for you. Our coordinators will be there to assist you every step of the way. We will work with you on a realistic budget, help you to select a venue, and suggest appropriate vendors for you wedding. We will keep you on track, schedule appointments, attend meetings as needed, and provide your chosen vendors with the information they will need on your wedding day. This package also includes Day Of Coordination. |
AELO will also plan bachelor & bachelorette parties, corporate events, & any other fabulous party you can think of.
